You know, when you upload great artists' work and then claim them as your own, that's called stealing. :/
So if you want to be a thief and such, the artists are just going to report you, maybe even their fans.

If you go to the picture, look for the symbol under "Statistics" on the right side of the screen and click "Report Deviation". There you should be able to report it!

Yes, but the DCMA form it gave me is very confusing. Since my work is fan art, so I don't know about the copyright issues

It is still your work so you should be able to report it simply by the fact that they stole your art. Even if it's fan art it's still against deviantART's rules to steal someone else's art

The reason why I haven't reported is because when I've done it in the past
DA's staff does nothing, that or they take forever to answer so I just try
and see if people cooperate, but apparently this person ain't doing it.. so
guess it's my last resort. :C
