Hi Takeshi,
If you visit my userpage here at DA and read my journal, there are instructions on what programs you'll need and how to install themes, skins, etc. to customize your desktop. Although most of the programs are very intuitive, some may seem more complicated but if you follow their instructions, you shouldn't have any problems.
