Europa is a shy, but gentle woman, she will treat even strangers with care because of her kindness. However, she is very clumsy and may fail to do the easiest of the tasks when she gets nervous or scared. She is also a curious person and spends a lot of her time reading, specially about the other moons and planets.
She is usually very submissive and gives up easily, but when she really wants something she can get very stubborn.
She is the smallest of the Galilean moons, but that doesn't upset her at all as she doesn't care about sizes.
