No, the dA staff won't do anything about comments or 'art' like that. It's a matter of opinion so no real action can be taken. My recommendation would be to ignore it haha! If you send a form to the staff nothing will happen, and if you comment back then a war will surely start a war and make matters worse. I've learned to ignore things like that on this sit.
