i was looking trough your gallery ( very nice btw ;) (Wink) ) and i saw that you needed some help on the noise .

May i suggest to use a flash and a shutter speed of 1/200-1/400.
An off camera flash would be best to get a better result but an on camera flash will let you lower your shutter speed and ISO thus reducing the noise .

this reply is exactly a month later than it should be....im sooo sorry.....i am definately looking forward to setting up to take some more of these fantastic photos again and this time with your helpful advice...however i dont have an off camera flash....and im worried that the flash sitting on top of the camera will cause reflection and unneeded brightness.....i will definately try a lower shutter speed because the noise is so bad its disturbing :D (Big Grin) ....thank you soo much for the advice!!!! and thank you for the gallery comment :) (Smile)

lowest iso is usually best!, you can also try bouncing the light with your hand or a white object, to soften it
