Shy and withdrawn. She is kind to people in gereral. Also, if you make her mad, you're in deep trouble, she's scary when mad. When drunk, she is wild and outgoing, the complete opposite of her usual self. She is sometimes called a crybaby due to being very shy and stuttering a lot, but she isn't I think. When she warms up to you, she's more outgoing, but still stutters a lot. Although, when angered, her 'other' personality is cruel and mean. Much like Russia. But she only acts this way around Russia since their relationship isn't so good... WARNING: CAN AND WILL HUG YOU TO DEATH. So you better hope she doesn't think you're cute.
Appearance:
She has extremely long, black hair(down to her knees), purple/red eyes, and pale skin. Her casual outfit(s) consists of a dress much like Fem!Russia's, her other outfit is a navy blue, long sleeved shirt, and short shorts(they're under her shirt), the sleeves go past her hands, covering them. Her military outfit consists of a uniform much like North Italy's, with the shirt being white and the tie being black, as well as wearing combat boots. On formal occasions she wears a white dress and black shoes with a red ribbon on the right side of her hair.

She loves to read! You'll see her in the fantasy isle of bookstores a lot, but oddly enough, she hates Twilight. Her favorite genres are: Fantasy, Action, Mysteries, etc. 
Apples? Yummy! She'll warm up to you quickly if you give her an apple, nobody knows why, but they seem to be her favorite thing to eat...Perhaps she inherited the trait from Kievan Rus...?
Don't scare her unless you want to see a little girl like her cry! Well, either that, or she'll rip out your intestines and use them as a jumprope... Be careful! She has a split personality!! One minute she can be baking you cookies, the next she could be trying to tear your face off with her bare hands... Flowers? Oh yes. She loves flowers, give her one and just wait and see what happens...Unless you're France, then expect to get kicked so hard your 'vital regions' will fall off... Drunk!Romania? Yeah, she's small, but because of Russia and his vodka problem, she drinks a lot too...I'm warning you, Drunk!Romania acts an awful lot like France.... A-Ah, don't touch her cheeks! Just. Don't. Ever wonder why she's always blushing? You know what Italy's curl is, right? Yeah. Her cheeks are kinda like Italy's curl, so no touchey!! Is Romania a vapire...? I don't know~ Ask her yourself and you'll get your answer. But this is your only warning, if she bites you...well, you know~She loves anything cute. So let's hope she doesn't find you cute or she'll give you a bone crushing death hug!
