yeah, I've been on ride alongs, but nothing happens every time I go on one. No calls come in and we don't respond to any emergencies. To get an internship you have to have a letter of recommendation from the college you're attending, and I'm not in college yet.

Thats what i like. I told my family that i wanted to join a quiet department. Now if you did a ride along in a large city...you'll get more action then a small town cop gets in a month...lol

Oh no me neither. Thats why if you become a cop later on stay with the closet departments. Most likely you won't get shot you'll just be running from angry bulls and nasty roosters..lol. i love to joke like that...lol
