# About me
Personality: A relaxed and lazy country, North Italy, for the most part, is a happy-go lucky fella. He gets uber stressed out when it comes to situations that may be as small as an argument or as big as a fight but gets excited and giddy over things that can be as small as a flower or as big as a buffet. He has a sunshiny and giddy aura that only he possesses in a special way and the people who know him can identify easily.He loves talking to people, and he talks to everyone as if they have been friends for a long time even to complete strangers. Because North Italy has the tendency to stress out so easily, he can also be just as easily be scared of a lot of situations. He is a generally cowardly country when he feels like he is threatened, and can easily be threatened because he gets so easily frightened.
Due to his lazy nature when it comes to work, this country prefers NOT to do his work for meetings or whatever is required of him and delay it until the last possible second and then horrendously cram everything in. He also hates to train, and slacks off a lot because of it.
However, when it comes to things he enjoys and loves to do, like painting, cooking, singing and dancing, he can do those things effortlessly and for hours a time if he becomes very invested in the task at hand.
Headcannons:
• Though he may be scared and gets easily stressed over situations, he does what he can to intervene even there is a risk of him getting hurt.
• When he gets into a high stress situation, he feels lightheaded and is almost generally close to fainting.
• He loves to paint, and can stay at an easel for hours at a time depending on how much he wants to spend on it.
• A true hopeless romantic, he believes in the concept of true love.
• He hates wasting food due to his time under Austria and being fed bad food. So if he sees someone who plays with their food, he gives off a serious aura.
• If there is any leftover food on a plate, he will gladly eat it.
• He is almost close to immune to wine, but the effect of beer is super effective.
• He loves to travel, and tries his best to visit as many places as possible as a tourist rather than as a country’s representative
• When the time is right, a few times a week, Feliciano happens to enjoy going to different bars and performing on stage.
• He has different stages for when he gets drunk

Italy was caught off guard with the sudden dancing of Mexico, but he grinned and laughed as he tapped his feet together and struck a pose. "Why not~!"
And the Italian tapped his feet and played a little beat with each tap as he landed his hands on his hips. He began to sway as he tapped away with his feet, his dance looking like the traditional Italian folk dance, Tarantella.

Fransico salsa danced to mariposa beside italy while he hummed the music's tunes. He felt so relaxed he didn't notice the balcony's ledge and tipped over it and rolled off the roofing over ledge and landed onto some buff male with blond hair and blue eyes. "ODALE!" He said after getting up and dusting himself off but couldn't help but climb back up italy's balcony away from the angry german below.

"Ah! Danke, Prussia!" He chirped and he headed towards the albino with a grin on his face. Feliciano clasped his hands together and stared at the box. "For me?" He asked, looking up at the other with big eyes and a small smile on his face.

Ah, Italy? *she knocked on the Italian's door, balancing a rather largely sized cake, decorated brightly in red, green, and white icing* Happy Birthday! To both you and your brotherrr...yeah, still working on sounding cheerful. Sorry.

Italy proceeded to the door and opened it, noticing the big birthday cake. His face turned a bright red and his eyes widened in surprise. He grinned and looked up at Belarus. "Oh! Grazie Belarus! Come come inside, let us eat the cake together!" He chirped as he helped out in carrying the cake into his home.

*his smile proved infectious as she offered her own small one in response, stepping into his home with his help in carrying the cake*You're welcome Italy, and I'd be happy to. *the cake was set down on the table* So...any big plans as to celebrate? Restaurants? Large get together's at home? Get arrested by the cops after getting hammered and pass out in a prison cell...?

Italy hummed at the question as they brought it to his sala. "To be quite honest, I forgot that today was even my birthday at all." He laughed embarrassingly as he assisted in setting the cake down on the coffee table.
"I think I will be having a large get together at home instead, it would be much cosier that way and I can make sure that good food is provided for all!" He giggled as he then sat himself down on the couch.
The man pulled out a drawer from his coffee table and pulled out some plates and utensils. Passing one on to Belarus, he took a knife and sliced through the cake, getting a slice of the green and plopping it into her plate. He took a slice that had a green and white colored mix onto his own plate. "Let's eat!" He chirped as he began to eat away at his slice, humming in delight.

"Truly?" she asked, taking a seat next to him.
"You must have a lot on your mind then." she hummed, taking the cake slice with thanks and sticking a fork into the middle of it.
She brought a small amount to her mouth and bit into the fluffy pastry, chewing thoughtfully.
"Mm, sounds like a fun evening in store then. Do you need help rounding up guests? Or would the birthday boy prefer to get everything together himself? I know some people prefer to do everything themselves even on occasions like this where you should be relaxing."

He nodded a bit and then laughed. "I was never the kind to really remember my birthday, it always seemed like Romano would remind me or someone else would." He hummed quietly as he munched away more. Italy looked at Bela with icing all around his lips and he smiled.
"I would love to have some help getting people rounded up. I mean, I have to busy myself with making food for many nations! It will be a terrifically hard task to do." He nods in determination as he eats the piece whole. He began to already slice another piece of cake for himself.

"Ah. Speaking of which, I haven't seen your brother around lately. I was sure he'd be here with you celebrating-" She paused and cocked a brow upon his messy appearance, a crooked smile gracing her lips as she reached out and stuck a napkin to his icing covered mouth, retreating afterwards to continue upon her own slice.
"Alright then. Just tell me the time and who'd you'd like to invite and I'll be sure to let them know."

"Neither have I. Quite strange, especially since it's on our birthday as well..." He hummed quietly and looked at the napkin. He made a sheepish smile as he took it and wiped his mouth.
"I think I'll text everyone, but remind others. Might do it on another day because I want to make sure we can really all celebrate together." He nods and smiles as he omnoms away at his cake.

"Mm,I'm sure he'll turn up eventually." She replied.
"-And then he can turn up with the rest of us."

"Can do, Italy. I'll be sure to remind them."
She nodded and finished off the last of her cake, standing to go wash her dish before leaving.
"I'll be heading out now. My apologies, but I have some stuff to take care before the party."

"Ah! Yes of course, that'll be fine." He stood up and placed his plate that still had some cake on the table and smiled. "I shall escort you out then." Feliciano walked her out the door and held the door open for her like a gentleman would. "I'll see you soon!" A sound resembling a chirp escaped his lips.

She finished drying the plate and putting it back in the cabinet when she nodded to him, giving her goodbyes and once more wishing him a cheerful evening before wandering off into the streets.

Italian squeaked in delight as he took the bouquet of flowers in hand, spinning a bit with it while giggling. He then looked up to Russia.
"Oh grazie, Russia! I love them! I don't mind about the dirt at all, I love the fact you even got me these! Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
He chirped a bit as he held the bouquet close, taking a quiet sniff and humming in delight. "I will display them in a beautiful vase, one that deserves to be shown around!"

The Russian grinned at his cheerful reaction, laughing softly at that little spin as he nodded in response. "Do not mention it, comrade. I just thought I ought to give you something before the day was already over. If you like, I could give you something else. Oh, I could make you a special birthday dessert, da!" The idea that randomly came to him made him happy as he thought it would be a fun and easy second gift to give to his newest friend.

The idea of food for a present made his eyes widen, the pupils dilate and he bounced excitedly. "Food? I would LOVE to have more food for my birthday!" He chirped, his eyes twinkling like a galaxy.
"I am actually planning to have a get together at my home, maybe you can bring the dessert then so we can all share?" He was swaying side to side in excitement and he couldn't stop looking like a dork with his dorky smile that stretched ear to ear.

"Hm, alrighty then. Sounds like a plan~" Ivan immediately agreed to the plan, already glad the birthday boy looked more than happy to go through with this and let him come over as well. "Ah, I will see you soon?" He made sure to ask just in case, not wanting to bother Feliciano in any way.

"I'll see you later! I will text you when you can come over, since I am also making lots of plans for the evening!" He hopped up and gave Russia a peck on the cheek and landed perfectly. "I will go and prepare now! See you later!" He trotted away from the other, holding the bouquet as if it was the most precious thing in the world.

"Oh, ah, bye-bye...~" The Russian waved as he watched Feliciano leave, a bright grin on his face as he soon turned heel to go home and bake something for the other's gathering later, not having been happier to cook something this much in a while.

"Oh, bonjour, Italy! Welcome." The Belgian giggled and offered him a basket with waffles. "Here, have these, they're fresh out from the oven!"

"Ah! Belgium!" He gasped at the basket of waffles and had a wide smile on his face. He took the basket with much care and slipped his arm through. "Oh, thank you so much! Here," He tugged his bag forward, taking out a container of pasta and offering it to the other country. "I have some spare pasta from my place. It's not that fresh but a bit of heating and it should taste like it was just made."

Belgium nodded her head with a smile. "No problem, Italy~!" The blondette carefully took the container which had pasta and giggled cheerfully. "I really love pasta so it would be very nice to eat some again.. since I haven't been eating too much Italian food..."

"Maybe I can visit you more often and bring some along! And in exchange we can have like a sort of picnic together soon!" He chirped excitedly and smiled, looking at the basket and taking a waffle out to nip at. Even by itself, Belgium really knows how to make her waffles.

"It would be such a pleasure to have you visit! Feel free to bring anything you want~" Belgium looked at him with a kind smile. Picnic? That was such a great idea. "Oh my, a picnic surely would be nice. I love picnics."

Italy felt the aura wrap around him and he shuddered at the feeling. "S-So how have you been?" He smiles nervously at Russia.

"Hm? Oh, I have been very well. Thank you for asking~" He beamed seemingly pleasantly, although his aura seemed to beg to differ. "How are you faring, Italy?"

Internal screeching intensifies. "I h-have been doing well! Especially si-since I just returned from my trip around my country. It w-was an amazing experience!" He squeaked.

"Ah, that sounds wonderful. What did you do on your trip? I want ideas on what to do when I next visit your country." He grinned, watching the other intently.

"O-Oh, I went around the countryside and ports. Mingling with the common folk and relearning their way of life. I also got to visit some historical landmarks that my grandfather took me to before." He trailed away on the last bit and nervously smiles back to his grin.

"Oh, that is so lovely~ You must show me around your place sometime, da? I would enjoy that very much." His gaze was soft and well-meaning enough, yet his aura dared the Italian to protest this idea at all.

Feliciano observed his response and blinked slowly, feeling the aura go a different way. He took a short breath and grinned at Ivan. "I would love to show you around my place sometime soon! I would love it as well if one day you could show me around yours as well." He was trying his hardest not to react too badly.

The Russian's eyes lit up once he said that, unable to help his widened grin at the other. "Oh, of course! After I visit Italy, I will be sure to plan a tour around my home for you. It'll be lots of fun, I assure you." His entire demeanor seemed to brighten up, his once dark aura slowly fading into the light.

Feliciano noticed the change in his aura and smiled a lot more. He relaxed and let out a quiet sigh of relief.
"I can't wait for it! I have always wanted to visit the places of your country, but I never knew how to go about it since your land is soooo big!" He spreads his arms out wide to emphasize on it.
"And I know some of the usual tourists spots and destinations but I know there are a lot of other places that are hidden from me. Having a representative show me around is much better, especially since it can be considered a cultural exchange and a good bonding experience."

"And I can't wait to show you around. I never knew you were this excited to visit my country." Ivan commented happily, unaware of the other's more relaxed posture as he continued, "Oh, yes, yes! That is exactly what it will be. What a wonderful idea it is to give my friend a grand tour of Russia and improve our relations all at once. Thank you for that, Italy~"

"I've always wanted to try but..." He looks at his feet, taking a gulp before looking back at Ivan. "But I've always been intimidated of you, a-and I am a general scaredy cat. B-B-But I want to make things easier between us. Because I also really want to be your friend, like, a real friend." He squeaked and looked determined not to back down from his own words.

"Oh?" He rose a brow, as if this were news to him before nodding in response. "Well, I will not lie when I say that despite these things, we will likely become great friends and this conversation would have been just a starting point toward our friendship. So, do not worry, da? I will also try and be less scary for you, yes."

Feliciano slowly nodded as he listened to Russia, and he grinned. "I am very glad then! Oh by the way, as a way to start on our new journey to becoming better friends," he turns to his sling bag and tugs it forward. He opened it and pulled out a container topped with a ribbon and he approached Ivan.
He stuck the plastic container out to other. "I had some spare pasta from my house. I would like you to have some. It's really good food." The Italian nodded a bit as he looked up at the taller man with a small smile on his face.

Ivan looked down at the plastic container with something akin to childish wonder, slowly looking back up at the Italian before smiling softly, a genuine smile compared to some of the last. "I would love to have some, da." He responded, taking the container and holding it closely. "Thank you."

Feliciano couldn't help but smile more at the reaction of the other. "Tell me what you think about it once you have had the chance to try some! Maybe next time I can make you something closer to your home the next time we meet."
He then proceeded to spreading his arms out, an obvious gesture for a hug.

If possible, the Russian looked even more overjoyed at the other's words, nodding quickly in agreement. When he opened his arms for a hug, however, he was partly stunned in his place as he hadn't expected him to be so willing to do so. Hesitating only for a second, Ivan gently hugged the smaller man and slowly let down his guard.

Feliciano snuggled Ivan a bit once he returned the hug. He patted him on his back gently and then pulled away after a good minute. "Do you want to do anything else?" He asked, not being rude or anything, but merely just out of curiosity.
