# About me

I love to express myself through my art. I didn't really get serious about it until this past year. It's often difficult for me to find the time to dedicate to art. I am especially busy this year with homework and school activities. Yes, I am only 17. I have had only three art classes in my life. They were just simple fundamentals. Most of what I do I taught myself. I strongly disapprove of grid drawings. I consider it cheating and avoid them unless required by my art class.I bought my first set of paints in January 2010, and received my technical pencils for my birthday that August. I appreciate any constructive criticism that you may be able to offer me. Writing is something I have just always done. It honestly takes me less than ten minutes to write my poems.

If you would really like a print of any of my pieces (yeah, right.), and a print is not available, just ask me.

I am the girl who says what she feels, not what she ought to say. I am the girl who laughs at everything, even if it's not funny. I am the girl who seems fearless, but is really too afraid to admit fear. I am the girl who seems perfect, but is flawed beyond belief. I am the girl with great dreams. I am the girl who takes pride in her work, but doesn't always show it. I am the girl who sees herself as beautiful, even if no one else thinks so. I am a hypochondriac, a Star Wars freak, an artist, a grammar Nazi, and a science nerd. And I don't care if you dislike me.
