I dunno if you remember me but I'm glad I found you again :3
I was formerly a long time ago and we used to be friends. When I quit DeviantART a long time ago I didn't really get to keep in touch with you and I'm sorry for that.
I'm glad you're still making art QuQ I'm watching you again because I really missed you and hope to watch your beautiful art continue to happen.
Thank you for still being here and so wonderful Enigma <3

At least most of my stuff is online in some shape or form.Β I don't use my computer to store much anymore.Β My favorite art programs, funny enough, I bought on Steam.Β I'm planning on going more towards digital, as it is easier for commissions and such.Β I keep dreaming of making a living from my art, I should really work towards that goal, even though I'm stressed about it. >.>
Also, I currently have a beast of a gaming computer.Β Never going back to mac.

I keep seeing those really nice art programs on Steam. I was tempted to try it but then I realized that photoshop man...just photoshop.
I tried SAI because that's what all the cool kids are using but ehhhhhh....I can't figure anything out in that program QnQ;;;Β
Digital is a lot more fun but it's just as easy to mix the traditional with the digital. For my larger sketches I tend to scan then export to photoshop
for colouring later. Sooooo much easier than trying to use a tablet to draw bigger pictures.
I believe in you! Your goal is definitely more achievable the more you work for it!
Ooooo what kind of comp do you have? After I'm done school I'm soooooo getting a desktop. I miss having a desktop QnQ;;;

I have photoshop, but for mac.Β I should have seen that coming, buy photoshop, computer that it is on just dies.Β My kinda luck.Β I feel that adobe scalps people for photoshop because they can. =/
I'm currently saving up to get a wacom Cintiq tablet www.amazon.com/Wacom-CINTIQ-22β¦
I need to get a good scanner eventually, but if I get this crazy tablet, it would make life much easier since I'm so used to doing traditional art, and I feel digital is the way I'm going to make any money in this market.Β Most people want traditional art shipped to them, and digital cuts out those expenses.
My computer is actually a custom build from iBuyPower.Β Alienware is too expensive.Β Desktops are nice.Β I currently am set up with 2 screens and Razer peripherals.Β Took a while to get everything together, and the hard drive failure didn't make things any easier, but it was very worth it in the end. :3

You can always call customer service about that though and have it deactivated so you
can reinstall it on a new computer, even if it's for a different computer entirely. That's what ended
up happening to me. It was not fun but their customer service is so sweet. They seemed to genuinely
care about making my situation and my day better.
Ooooo I want a cintiq as well but that's like years and years off for me unfortunately.
I don't mind my Intuous 4 though. Moka and I have been through a lot together so to scrap he would be sad X"D
I gave my first tablet, Tabbie, away to a friend's daughter and she's so happy to be using it.
I agree with you though, digital art is a cheaper and more effective way to go. It's especially handy since many photo-development
places will take the pdfs and HD images and print them out for you so no cost on your part, just more on them.
Ooooo I would die for your set up! It'll take me years of getting out of debt before I am truly able to get the things I desire Q_QΒ
*collapses in a heap*
