I just finished KH2FM yesterday night,, I rushed through it so I could move onto BBS.
My friend finished FFXV and I'm hoping to get a chance to play it too when I get a PS4.

I've watched it so many times! It has gotten me so very hyped for the game!

I was also very saddened watching Aqua through the trailer. Every little bit was so heartbreaking...

I am a terrible friend, and there is literally no excuse. Final Fantasy XV just ended up taking over my life completely (more than I ever thought it would), and any free time I've had I've been spending with that game. I just love it way too much.

And II.8 totally comes out this month, and I couldn't be more excited that. The last trailer gave me so many feels, I can't even-

It seems like it's even going to answer a lot of questions that KHI left unanswered! Like how Mickey knew about Sora and Riku to try and contact them (it's looking like it's because Aqua told him about them), where the door to Sora's final battle with Ansem comes from, maybe, etc.

And are you hyped for the Unchained Key stuff going to happen this month? Finally. Going. To. Meet. Skuld. Yay!

Btw... I started writing something for you for Christmas, that I don't know if you'd be interested in or not (it's sadly not finished)? It's basically a Vanitas/Aqua AU, where Aqua is Tru and Vanitas is Jack from "Tru Calling"--which was SUCH an amazing show, btw, if you've never seen it (I highly recommend it), that I just think fits Vanitas and Aqua's characters to a T.

I love FFXV, too! But please no discussions yet as I haven’t finished the game. I have only just gotten to Altissia. I’ve been looking forward to getting to this city because this has got to be where I finally see Lunafreya, right? I absolutely adore her!

I had a wonderful Christmas! Particularly because I had a full week off work this time around! I mean, the last company I worked for usually on let us off on the 24th and 25th. At my new job, though, we’re off from December 24th right up to January 2nd! I really enjoyed having the extra time to spend with my family. I hope yours was good, too!

I’m super excited about II.8 as well! But I’m not sure if it’ll be released here on the same date as where you are. Might be later. Either way, I won’t be able to play it yet anyway because I haven’t finished FFXV.

As excited as I am about it, I’m trying not to drown in the hype because it only makes the waiting harder. Hahaha! I’ve lost count of how many times I watched the teasers.

And on KHUX, I am still enjoying the game, but it’s getting difficult for me to keep up. I did spend a bit so my medals aren’t all bad, especially when the Illustrated Aqua medal came out (like, seriously. I spent such a ridiculous amount to have enough Jewels to do 10 pulls). But, wow… It’s just tough. The new Xemnas event for example! It’s downright impossible!

Hmm… I’m not familiar with Tru Calling. Honestly, what with FFXV and KHUX and Pokemon Moon, not to mention all the books on my to-read-list, I don’t watch any TV shows or anime anymore. If I had time to watch anything, it’d probably be Series of Unfortunate Events. But of course I’d read your work if you’d like to share it with me (and that’s not just because of VanAqua! Hahaha!).

I do have Twitter, but I never use it. I only have it so I can follow stuff like KHUX and… and… I think that’s it, really.

Celine, tell me you've played II.8! I have so many feelings about that that I need to discuss with you, but I don't want to spoil things. Ahh!

Lunafreya is great I'm actually doing a lot of fanfictions with her lately, in trying to explore her character. Though I'm sadly not posting them here because I hate formatting stories on this site... But I write Luna as a mix of what we get from her from the game and Stella from the Versus XIII trailers (because Luna is the rewritten Stella; and I think Stella had a playful side that Luna DOES have, but that we don't get to see as much of in the game?). I also try to incorporate Kingsglaive, of course... But IDK. My brain has this weird problem where it doesn't see game!Luna and movie!Luna as the same character (probably because of the slightly different character models and different voice actresses), but I am trying to make my Luna Kingsglaive-y as best I can, even with that issue that I have

And that's so good to hear that you're getting more time off for Christmas with your new job, and that you had a great time with family during your break. That makes me really happy for you, Celine. Congratulations on that! Especially since I know how hard you work, and you deserve all the relaxation you can get

I so get what you mean about Unchained Key. As much as I love it, it's way too difficult (that Xemnas event was evil, as are all the Organization ones now). And it's even worse in that I stopped playing for a while to play XV, and now am less powerful in my party than I used to be. But at least if nothing else, I'm keeping up with the story and doing that no problem. And though I already loved the story even before it... Back Cover made me adore it and its characters even moreso; so I am glad that I'm playing/experiencing it all for myself.

Also, Back Cover is SUCH a joy. Oh my gosh. A lot of people are hating on it (though I won't get into why, in case you don't know yet), but I honestly think it's the greatest thing ever? It's our first KH movie (technically), and one that I wholeheartedly appreciate. It was actually better than I thought it was going to be. And now I cherish the Foretellers, and the dysfunctional family that they basically are, way too much. And the dubbing in Back Cover is fantastic, and probably the best the series has ever seen. Ray Chase in particular is just great, and I'm starting to love him as an actor SO much.

And I just heard about The Series of Unfortunate Events thing! Ahh! That's really exciting! I may have to try and catch that... Even though I'm a loser, who has never read the books... even though I've always meant to. Maybe I can read them before the show comes out, or before I watch it? IDK. But here's hoping!

And I'd be more than happy to e-mail you if you want me to, Celine! Do you mind if I ask for your address again, though? It looks like I (stupidly) never put you in my contacts--probably because I was new to figuring that all out when we were talking that way in the past? Ehehehe.

Oh no, I haven't played 2.8 yet! I have the game, but as I'm not yet done with FFXV. I'd love to get started on 2.8 right now if I could, but it's just not possible. You see, if I jump between games I end up forgetting what I'm doing in the first one. I might even forget the controls and I would be all "Which button does what again?" That would be very bad. Hahaha!

Lunafreya is great, isn't she? I think she's absolutely wonderful. Her sense of duty and her compassionate nature are admirable. I am saddened that she seems to have quite a few haters, but I don't blame them for feeling the way they do. Part of the hating might be coming from the fact that she had next to no screen time in the game. I mean, we're given a lot of time to get attached to Noct and his friends, what with all the airtime their friendship gets, but we know so little about Noct's actual love interest.
I haven't explored her enough to write about her but I can definitely see why you would need to be mixing-and-matching while writing. Having three sources (Luna from the movie, Luna from the game, and Stella), and all of them being different from each other definitely makes understanding Lunafreya very difficult. I wish they had just made the game and movie versions of her look the same. I personally prefer her game appearance, but I do think her movie appearance actually fits in very well in Kingsglaive.

KHUX is becoming tiring to play, to be honest. If I didn't have such good friends in the game, I might have already quit. Not to mention FFXV has pretty much taken over all of my gaming time. Haha! I hope they release the multi-player feature soon. It might be just the thing to get me active again.
I've seen Back Cover. Haven't had a chance to discuss my feelings on it with anyone, though, so it'd be great to hear your thoughts on it!

It looks like kh13.com just updated their site with a way that people outside of the U.S. can play the English version of Unchained Key. So if you wanted to, maybe you could try that!

I also know a lot of people are downloading an emulator for their PC, and running the game on that.

...Anyway, I just realized that if you do play, you'll probably want to be Anguis, which is totally fine! Haha. Don't feel obligated to choose Vulpeus just because of me. Be whatever faction you want to be^_^

Also, it turns out Anguis's name is Invi, and that the Foretellers' names are all based on the seven deadly sins! But that leaves two of them unaccounted for, since we've only seen five foretellers in the story thus far. I bet the sixth apprentice, who didn't get a tome of prophecy, represents one of them, and maybe the Master of Masters?

Anyway, Chis is some exciting stuff, imo. I love the writing for it SO much.

Hey, Celine! Sorry I'm replying to this so late. Unchained Key has completely taken over my life (I honestly wasn't expecting that...), and any sort of free time I have lately seems to be going towards that.

I just want to complete the 250 quests we already have, that way when the story updates happen I can complete them as they come instead of constantly having to play catch up. And I'm hoping that after that happens (it shouldn't be too far now, because I'm almost at quest 200), I can schedule things like I used to and answer all your lovely messages in detail.

I've also been taking part in a Kairi week thing on Tumblr. Basically, since Unchained is so hot right now, a lot of us have (temporarily) decided to change our names to "Kai4KH3" in the game, to hopefully let Square know that we love her and want her in III a lot. A lot of people (including myself) have changed our message to Kairi related things, have joined a party with the "Kai4KH3" name where everyone's doing these things (in the hopes that we can work together and get first place when the weekly results come in, so that Square Enix will have even more reason to notice us), so that pretty much means all my mind knows now is grinding for lux. Haha.

ANYWAY, I'm so glad that you were able to download the game and are enjoying it, Celine! And I don't fault you at all for joining Anguis. I really don't. In fact, I kind of wish more people would, because that union doesn't seem to have a lot of members? So frankly, I think it's a great thing that you joined it

And I guess if my boyfriend ever gets around to playing the game, he's thinking about joining Anguis himself (mainly because blue's his favorite color, and now he sort of has a fondness for snakes because he's a Slytherin, according to Pottermore... and I just realized that he and I are the weirdest couple ever: a Hufflepuff and a Slytherin, who would've thought it? LOL. But he's all the best parts about Slytherin and none of the bad. Haha.).

Yes! Anguis' name is, in fact, Invi^_^

GAME SPOILERS BELOW: DON'T READ ANYMORE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SOMEWHAT SPOILED, DARLING

Apparently all of the Foretellers are named as the Latin words for the seven deadly sins. So Anguis is Invi/Envy, Vulpeus is Ava/Greed, Ursus is Aced/Sloth, Leopardus is Gula/Gluttony, and Unicornius is Ira/Wrath. This leaves only pride and lust unaccounted for, undoubtedly it's one for the missing Master of Masters and one for the mysterious sixth apprentice.

And honestly... If the Rebirth theory is right, none of these really fit the characters we know and love from the present. So now people are thinking the Foretellers are actually the OPPOSITES of our main cast. So if Anguis is envy, Aqua's probably contentment, Kairi selflessness, Terra active, Ventus moderation, and protectiveness for Riku.

And, of course, since most people think that some connection to Xehanort will end up being the sin for pride in Chi, his opposite would be Sora with humility, then.

Oh, dearest, I think I do love the game as much as you do.

Have you finished the Story Quests? I've only just done all of mine, just in time for the end of Half-AP.

About Unions... I am actually in Unicornis at the moment as one of my best friends is there. Haha!
But I have every intention of transferring to Anguis in future. Maybe if your boyfriend decides to play, we'd end up in the same party. Haha! Would that be something?
You know, even though Anguis has been on the lower half of the rankings consistently, it doesn't bother me much. I don't know what it is about this particular Foreteller; I just really like her. I hope that I won't regret it, though, when more light is shed on her character and her story. I mean, her name means Envy and she is represented by a snake! We're not really off to a good start.


On a side note, you're in Vulpeus, right? Your Union is doing really well. Hahaha! I'm sure if you work hard with the rest of your party, you'll get to the top soon enough.
