I am really trying to develop my drawing skills so all criticism/advice is welcome!

The majority of my drawings are made on MS paint or SAI using a laptop (I'm looking into getting a tablet though), so if you have advice regarding those programs as well, I'm all ears!

Also I will do (most) requests for free
