Actually there's a book that talks about it, The Almond Tree Speaks by... Murry Bodo if I remember correctly. But beyond that if you go looking for the miracles attributed to him it ought to show up there.
And I And Francis (can't remember the author at the moment) is a fine read about the man in general.
