Aww, I wish you were still in BC. Its always nice to meet more local furs. The fur community here is great. Its pretty good in Calgary/Edmonton as well. You should totally visit some time for a furmeet here.

I've never actually been to a furmeet or con before.. If there is one in Calgary and Edmonton I for SURE want to go. Thing is I dont have my owon car or money... My plan is someday to get someone to pick me up and I will help pay for gas or something. xD

Well I know a few furs in alberta and If you would like, I could try and contact them to see if they might give you a lift to the Halloween fur event here in bc. Its called Howl-o-ween. They have a site. Just google it.
