My fave band/Musicians are Cradle of Filth and Marilyn Manson and a bit of Slipknot but not all of it i like Murderdolls and Tsunami bomb but i have another question.Where ,do you know,Did Marilyn Manson himself get that name?

hey, glad to see someone's interested in my tastes. As far as my DA pic goes, that's Tripp Eisen who is no longer in the band but who was there when they recorded their album, hesnow in Static X though. I like marilyn manson as well but i also go for other types of rock such as deftones, nirvana, metallica, incubus..etc..
As far as manson's name. Well i know his last name is based on Charles Manson, the murderer. The marilyn i think is aimed at monroe but im not sure. Either way its a name thats supposed to make fun of society and point out the grotesque in it.

Ok i get it now but i think the same as you in the respect that it is aimed at monroe but i think it also identifies that she is heveanly and Manson the guy that was put away was hell so put them together and you get Marilyn Manson so anyway i like loads of bands like that i like ACDC and Cradle of filth and quite a few heavy metal bands so which Murderdoll is your display pic?

I thought i had answered in my comment hehe. It's Trip Eisen. He used to be in Dope first, then moved to Murderdolls to record the album, then went to Static - X so the Murderdolls replaced him with Acey Slade (also formerly from Dope)
