Anime is not a culture. It's a geographical subset of an artistic medium infamous for employing the cheapest of techniques and corner cutting originally developed during the Dark Age of animation, largely serving as quick cash-ins for comic books and video games to feed an insatiable consumer culture that'll buy everything from naked dolls to character pillows to boob mousepads, and is considered in it's own country to be the mostly the domain of the basement dwellers and social outcasts who intrinsically serve as the industry's most profitable audience.

You should try some different styles to learn more about anatomy colour ect. ~Sparkledesu~ animu is fine and all but it will really cripple your talent if you don't know the basics of anatomy while trying to draw people.

Yeah I AM in college also, lvl 3 graphics, last year I was in art lvl 2 and done loooads of life drawings but too big to put on here, I CAN do other styles of art but anime is my most favourite and I made it my profession I decided to try and master.
What do you mean by anatomy like what body part?

Your heads tend to be too big and necks tend to be too small. I can't really comment on the rest because there's only one or two at least waist up photos but that seems to be a reoccurring trend.
Also if you want to make a living off drawing anime, you may want to try shading with more sharp shades and blurred ones instead of blurred all of them to death.

Well the thing with anime is that every individual can experiment and have their own style, and anyway in anime they tend to have big heads and small necks any way and the blurred effect is just my own style I have been experimenting with.
While I appreciate the constructive criticism I feel that I cant agree since anime is not really a style of art that has one specific style.

I just visited London a week ago,
A school trip for English.
I did have to Sleep 2 nights in a Bus with over 40 People.
That was soo frustrating! xD
But anyway,
