Alright, here's my feedback.
What I like the most about the writing it was the fact that it was an actual story and not just an empty reading. Most bondage stories are mainly focused to describe as accurate as possible all the little details of the rope work before taking the "sexual" direction. You told a story and even left me wondering what would happen next. I also appreciate the characters. Two of the three rocket grunts were not very interesting and quite cliche. But the guard with the bag was hilarious. He was just in the middle of a kidnapping and was impatiently tapping his foot, asking casually how much time would that take. I also liked the Ditto quite a lot. More than I should have, to be honest. It acts just like a human agent, which I adore, and its concept it's so interesting! Ditto is a high risk, high reward agent in all of its essence! It can replace everyone in appearance and mind. Nobody will notice. But, he also runs a high risk if he runs out of its meds. I think you got the idea from the "Detective Pikachu" movie. If I'm wrong, please forgive me. Lastly, let's talk about Sonia. I like how you interpreted her personality and got outside the box by not making her act like the typical super excited girl that every story nowadays has for some reason. I like how she is calm and collected, but still can be very goofy sometimes. The story is pretty good and the real problem I have is that the Ditto twist it's just so obvious. The moment I read the title, I knew there was gonna be a Ditto in the story. But as I said, I like that Ditto, so no worries.
Anyways, that's my opinion on your story. I hope you find my criticism to be of any help or inspiration for any future art. Thanks for reading and have a nice day!

Wow, I don't think I've ever had a review this long. I will answer all questions.

Bondage.

When ever I do a DID story, I try to keep to keep it simple. It's really hard trying to write how each of the rope ties to a body. I asked ED3765 how he does it, and he agrees that it's really hard to do. So, I try to keep it simple, thou I wouldn't mind doing something a bit more complicated later.  

Grunts

Yeah, my grunts weren't the best in the world. I just wanted a simple group of people. The janitor was just the spy, who lives in the area, and would give instructions and pass on news to Team Rocket. I could have given him more, but he just has a simple job.

The professor is a guy, who just want's his experiment to be a success, and get praise by Giovanni. Still, I can get why he's a bit boring.

The Grunt is just a guy doing his job. I'm glad you enjoyed him.

Theses 3 were going to just be 3 guys in suits, but that seemed boring. So I made them 3 different type of people.

Ditto

First you are right, I did get the Ditto idea from the "Detective Pikachu" movie. Once I saw that on the movie, I was really inspired to use that idea. I never realized how human I made Ditto. Granted that was the point of the Team Rocket project. So, I'm glad to know that I got that right.

Sonia

With Sonia being a new character, I thought I could just make up any kind of character I wanted for her. Being a Professor assistant, I thought her character would be a bit calm. I can't wait to find out what she's like.

Title

Coming up with titles is not some thing I'm really good at. Kinda like how I tie girls, I wanted it to be simple and to the point, without it being complicated or odd.
