Some News from Alex.
After my commission 4 years ago I asked him what happens and that he better give me back my money or draw my pic.
Here his answer:
"would you like to visit me personally? You are more than welcome to invade my home and beat me bloody if it makes you feel better. How about this... I have not fulfilled my end of the exchange and there is no reason to believe that I ever will because some silly fellow on deviantart is far below my list of priorities. In the past 3 years while I wasn't drawing your thing I was dumped by my fiance, moved back in with my mother, moved to San Francisco and developed a heroin addiction, went to rehab. Lost several friends and all of my self respect in the process. The money you spent on your sketch probably went to alcohol and cigarettes long ago. I may never get around to you but if I don't I hope you take some comfort in knowing that my career as an artist is dead in the water and I despise my life with a passion."

Prove me wrong. Do the right thing. Start communicating with your customers, and either get them refunds or start drawing their stuff.
You aren't doing yourself any favors by ignoring all the people who just want what they paid for.

Alex it has been several years now that you have owed me and several other people commissions. I thought we were buds but you keep flaking and disappearing and not following through. We all gave you money and would like either refunds our our pieces. Please get in touch with us.

seems like I did that like... a year ago. I can't find it in my files though so I guess its time to draw a new one. I am sorry about that. I used to drink and do drugs daily so I cant remember much. Its an awful thing to do to my customers and I am truly sorry.

Would u ever consider doing a Copic/Prismacolor tutorial based on how you put down your colors, and stuff like that which is NON-ANIME? I think it would be awesome, and high time if someone with your skill and calibur could apply what you do to their work without the anime method that seems to only apply to that particular style. PLS consider my man. If u do a search here on Copic tutorial, you will see what I mean. Your work continues to astound me man. Keep it up!
