Same here, man. Took me a minute but I do remember the name Grey. I don't believe we really got to know each other much beyond, what, acquaintance? I'm bad at friend making so that doesn't help. Trying to find my way back into DA as well. Got discouraged for a big while. Now I have an itch that needs to be scratched.

You know, now that we've been doing this, and I've been thinking about it (God forbid), I think it's impossible to play word disassociation. Unless I didn't even see your word at all, I am influenced by it. And if I'm trying to think of a word that doesn't remind me of your word, that's still a form of association.

You know, I've been thinking the same thing. There are a lot of words that seem to have an imperceptible range of associated words. Atmosphere, for example, can be associated with nearly all colors, anything realted to Earth, Outside the Earth, flight and all of its associations, and likely more than I can think of right now. Trying to not find a word associated atmosphere is nearly unavoidable.
And true what you say. Thinking of a word that isn't associated with a word is practically an association in itself. My God, could we have stumbled upon some strange literary paradox?
