yup, it is my duty, for I, being a medically fit male citizen of Singapore, have to serve the army for around 2 years and get called back for training every now and then for the next 10 years or so.
and Singaporean women often describe Singaporean men as "weak, un-manly, soft etc" despite the fact that most of us are or were soldiers, police men or fire fighters.

haha, well, I do army stuff in these 2 years. I think that's pretty much how a conscript army is like. Singapore can't afford to have a regular army like other nations.
