# About me
I was born sometime last century and am not yet dead, well, I'm pretty sure I'm not anyway.I have been known on occasions to produce things that some people might call art and if I continue to survive some of it will turn up here. I also like to wander around taking pictures of pretty much anything that grabs my attention, generally things from nature. I have also inadvertantly written a book. It wasn't my fault, it was caused by a couple of my sketches wanting to have their stories told, then they conspired to have their stories linked and I made the mistake of leaving the story up when I crawled off to bed around dawn - someone read it, not only read it but liked it and now the story is taking over my life. Maybe if I get it published it will leave me alone and people will stop asking me when it is going to get published then I can go back to sketching in peace.

OK, No2 daughter lives just up the road and even higher than us. No house yet but they have an application in. Probably yes to the beds, I'll kick Christina's arse and get her to give you a call. Have to try and get down sometime soon but money is very tight at the moment.
We put up some people during the flood, one an old friend of Christina who was so appreciative that she took half the money out of her purse, some of our medications (that are restricted so can't be filled before they are due) and two bags of food left by the other couple - she won't get any further help from us.

Could it be that your silence has also timed with mine at the right moment to see the wisdom in your approach at this moment in time? We are alike in so many respects yet different of course. I suppose that if we were to reveal our inner most troubles we would see each affliction and be able to respond as plain in our own minds yet we also can't see the truth in solution within our own troubles...our own troubles are clouded with easy solutions because of a thousand thoughts that cloud the mind.
The bush is a grand escape from this world inhabited by opinions. Opinions by locals that taint our joy of life. At least with the natural world when we see it with our own eyes, we are able to formulate our own opinions about life without the seeding of whispers from those who formulate doubt and despair of life.
Go fourth and enjoy life as it was meant to be seen. And soon I shall do the same my friend...
