you're art is very cute and you have great potential! have you only recently started as an artists like this? just wondering because my only criticism is that the proportions are abit off in some of your pieces... i suggest you study abit of anatomy/realism. it helped me SO MUCH, i used to be so crappy. just trying to be helpful n__n;

I actually really started drawing last fall when I started college and made a bunch of artist friends who sit around and draw together. So I'm pretty new at drawing and using photoshop and such. Yes, it's fairly obvious that I've never taken an art class! I really want to though, because like you said it's important to learn about anatomy/realism to build your style off of. Do you use any good anatomy books I should look into? And thanks for looking at my gallery! I'm a little bit star-struck that you did

ah no..i don't really have any particular reference books. i just took lots of naked people classes. or life drawing classes XD lots and lots of sketches
i've never taken any art classes outside of high school. (who supplyed the naked people ) but i hope to go back to school maybe next year to continue studying art it takes constant practice and study to keep up your art skills. but aslong as you always quest for improvement and don't let your art get stagnent and stuck in a rut, then you'll just keep getting better and better.
so i will have to keep an eye on you then hehee
