lol Thank you so much! One of my English prof.s met my parents for the first time last weekend, and on the topic of my classroom presence said I was "enthusiastic, but not pretentiously so." I could have hugged him. It really means a lot when people notice the effort being put forth and realize it comes from a good place and not from a "MAKE MY LIFE BETTER NOW, ALL YOU LOSERS OUT THERE" frame of mind.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I take a lot of religion courses at my school, so it ends up leading to a debate in almost every class and I'm always afraid that my teachers think I'm pushy and that I try and force my opinion out, yet they always say that I'm just enthusiastic about the subject. XDD

No problem! I so shared it with a friend, and she thought it was amazing, too! I loved the de-Fredding of Fred idea, and why you're against it. I hadn't thought of it in those terms because, well, his death sucked, and if JKR was going to kill him off, then I wanted to be, like right there with the family for it and feeling their pain hardcore because then it would somehow be more of a catharsis than a OMG NO FU, JKR thing.
I have an argument in there somewhere, but I just finished writing a chapter for something, and I'm kind of drained mentally. lol Anyway, yeah, really enjoyed your analysis. : )
