# About me

I'm an open-minded individual with a passion for art, film, music and animation. I graduated from the University of Wales, Newport with a First in BA (Hons) Animation and have since worked on the sequel to Raymond Briggs' The Snowman: The Snowman and the Snowdog (2012). I enjoy creating my own characters and worlds, exchanging ideas and working creatively with others and I typically listen to alternative/progressive rock while drawing.

I am currently a Freelance 2D Artist and Animator in the UK available for work so feel free to contact me for commissions, full and part time work.

I see! yea I know what you mean! ITs been the same with me, especially going to school and keeping update your online galleries is such a pain. I left fot a while and wasnt doing anything online. I recently got done with school, so now im updating everywhere! :) (Smile) what have you been up to?

Yep! Glad I'm not the only one! I want to improve on that but keeping active online as well as improving your own art and a job is tough!! That's nice you're keeping up with it now though. :) (Smile) I graduated Uni just over a year ago and since then I've been working in animation studios in London and doing some freelance art too. I'm trying to make my art/animation my full-time job but working for studios is great too! Woooow that's so crazy, that portrait was such a long time ago! At least it feels that way to me! Thanks very much for checking up on me! :) (Smile) I really want to revisit some FF fanart, it's very nostalgic for me and it's kinda shocking I haven't drawn that much from my favourite games! Ha ha that's really cool you got to experience life at Pixar though! Who did you get to meet? Must have been ammaaaazzing! How long were you there? I applied for the Disney internship in 2012 but it was pretty last minute and rushed so I didn't get through! Also I would be an international candidate, so I guess you have to be extra good :P (Lick) I'm going to try again this summer though, got any tips? ;) (Wink)

Yeah, they run an internship program for graduates doing animation, story, background/design and then technical programs in the Spring for CGI animators/programmers I think... It looks great! That's awesome, did they enjoy it? Yeah, I guess it must have been a sad atmosphere with people leaving? No worries, I do the same!! I'm not sure if the application is open yet but I'm hoping to apply for 2D animation/story again this summer. :) (Smile)

Thanks so much! I'm happy you liked the colours! It took some work to get them looking right but it helped to use seasonal inspiration and they fell nicely into place. :) (Smile) The film is in a couple more festivals this year but afterwards I'm looking to upload it publicly in December
