I am currently looking for an artist on a short I have written called "Viking Campfire", and for an ongoing adult comic-strip style story called "The Mad Captain and the American Land Whales". For Viking Campfire I need a Heavy Metal-eque style with sequential art, and for The Mad Captain I want an artistic/surrealist style, or a minimalist Calvin and Hobbes style.
If any artists are looking to collaborate, get at me! The two stories are fun and exciting and would give you a chance to build with me.

We did our best but the comic-book stores in the United States were not too receptive to Airshell in issue-format, and for a brief moment it looked as though I connected with an agent from Japan with a contact at Tokyopop, we met at Anime Central I believe, we began working through things, then Tokyopop went bankrupt and that glimmering potential was snuffed. At some point in the future I may revive my Americanime library and re-release some series, Airshell was gorgeous and I am honored to have had Lia draw the character I created Bounty Killer.

Airshell I published in the US, UK, and Canada in 2006, advertising it in Previews Magazine and distributed it through Diamond Distributors, the company with a monopoly on the comic and graphic novel industry in the States. Sales did not justify further investment, however I am pursuing graphic novel potential for all Americanime series now, as those such as Airshell and The Way To Your Heart would be more at home in the extended format given their styles of plot development. I'll keep all posted on further developments!

I published five series from 2005-2007, distributing them and promoting across the convention circuit. All books are still available, and I'm working on a re-release on Honor of the Damned and Bounty Killer with Hangman Comics at the moment, and pitching the other series to the larger publishers to get them back in motion as well. Thanks for the compliment! The artistry is varied and credited upon each image.
