Yeah I just felt like my mom liked my bro more than me and it had been fucking me up for over five years. When I finally brought it up I found out that his life outside of our house isn't the best and now I feel like an asshole

Yeah, I know what you mean. Just all the bitterness came crashing down when I realized that I had it so much better than the person I was jealous of. Yeah it didn't feel nice knowing that my anger was in the wrong place.
