A Gotham Knights Tale: Chivalry Isn't Dead YetA cold wind blew against the back of Averyβs neck as he stepped out of the taxi. He quickly turned the collar of his overcoat up to try and offset the wind. He then met the driver at the rear of the car where his baggage was stored. The howling wind made tipping the driver more adventurous than it should have been. Still the money exchanged hands and Avery stepped up onto the busy sidewalk with his baggage resting next to him. He looked up at the impressive looking building in front of him. It was a rather impressive looking old place. Β
Avery grumbled as he struggled through the revolving door pulling his wheeled suitcase closely behind him. Once on the other side, he took a deep breath before walking across the grand old hotels lobby. βItβs a shame they donβt build them like this anymore, minus the revolving doors at least.β

Even as his craft was busy falling out of the sky the Japanese were still throwing every piece of lead they could at him to make sure he didnβt survive the fall. He could feel the wind breaking into his canopy as bullet holes began to pepper the glass around him. A dove was the last thing he saw as he smacked into the water.
Dawson's Teddy Bear Protection ServicesThe room was dark. Of course the room was almost always dark it seemed. Still Dawson stood watch over his charge as she slept. What little light there was reflected easily off of his eyes, as he stared across and into the depths of the darkness of the room.
Dawson had lost count of the number of times he had stood watch over Helen, and her father before her. He had watched Helenaβs father grow from boyhood to manhood, and he would watch Helena from her infancy all the way into her womanhood. All while protecting him from every single thing that went bump in the night.
Now he did the same for Helena. Dawson took a great deal of pride in being trusted to watch over two generations of the same family. He could only hope that when the time came he would be handed down to Helenβs child so that he could continue to watch over the family whom he loved so much.
