You really got a talent you schould developded.
I think you should pratice some more ink renderingen on paper and then scan it and color it in photoshop. Or else you could pratice with watercolors. Do you have a lighttable?

My most recent submission to DA is the full picture. The others were from the past two years. I actually do quite a bit of traditional work and also used to work with ink..currently working with water color practice.
