Hi Kim It's seems to be a telling time! How are you feeling now? You may like to call on Archangel Raphael and ask for his healing light (emerald green, just beautiful)... I fell and tore some muscles in my chest (right side = giving). The pain for the first 10 days was so intense.. fell again and hit my ribs on the corner of a chair (left side = receiving)! So went into my body and scanned my feelings... realised I had been feeling anxious about exposing my heart in a romantic sense (recently met someone). It all made perfect sense! Pain almost completely disappeared once I made the connection. Thank you for your wonderful efforts!! Blessings in abundance!

Feeling a little better,thanks, but still rather weak and tired. I just need to be patient and let myself heal.

Sorry to hear about your fall...... but interesting to hear your interpretation on it. Wishing you lots of healing energies and hope you too feel better soon. I also hope your romantic dreams come true

As you say it does seem to be a trying time - for many! I believe that it's the universe giving us all a wake up call, a slap in the face so to say. Time to focus on what is truly important in our lives, get rid of the rubbish and make a concerted effort to follow our souls, not our egos!!

How are you feeling? The healing journey is a many facetded pathway in my experience. Be as gentle and a loving with yourself as possible, for I'm sure that is one of the opportunities healing brings to us, laced with blessings not always visible to the naked eye...

Getting better daily, thanks. Trying not to force things, like I was doing just before I got sick. ...probably the reason I got sick in the first place.
mmmm, I tend to be extremely hard on myself - I must definitely take your advice!

My time down in bed has forced me to really look at my life again - one gets tired of staring at the ceiling - so thoughts and ideas start filling one's head and one starts to get a better perspective of one's life again.

May your grief and loss soon be replaced by many warm and loving memories.
