P.S.: I feel your pain when it comes to getting people not to comment on your page XD I don't know how many times I tried with "REPLY HERE" comments, but I just gave up. Either 66% of dA are dyslexics, or they use scripts [which is against the rules as far as I know].

About your contest, I think it's very interesting but the deadline is quite long time, some people will choose the contests which have sooner deadline. Some will think: oh I still have a lot of time so I will draw for this contest later, and then they may forget.Β Besides, the minimum of 30 entries also confused me. I put my effort to the painting and what if there are not enough 30 participants? However, these are just my personal opinions. I'm sorry if it bothers you.

Yeah, I know ;v; I figured I have to give a lot of time because of the amount of detail the OC has. ;v; Plus I won't have any time at all in the summer to judge, so I had to adjust it to when I do have plenty of time. ;v;
But I did decide that I will send people who were interested reminders 2 months before the deadline, because it was requested a few times. ;v;
Ah, I must have worded it poorly. XD What I meant is that if there are not 30 entries before December 26, I'll extend it until I reach 30, and then I'll close it. 30 is just a minimum, it doesn't mean that it will close as soon as I get 30. It will not be cancelled under any circumstances. I hope this helps! ;w;
