Sonic: I'm going to give you some advice & a few simple steps to fix that! AVG is supposed to analyze errors in your computer & then repair the disc drive! It also prevents the computer from getting viruses! You want a fast & clean computer? This is what you have to do!

1. Get Google Chrome!

2. Click on Apps in the top left corner, open the Chrome web store & search for "Ad Block +"!

3. Download "Ad Block +" for free!

4. Open a new tab, go to Google & search "AVG Internet Security 2014"!

5. Download it, close everything else & wait a few hours! The download will ask you if you want scans to be Fast or Dynamic, so you have a choice of Speed VS Quality! Choose the setting you want & wait another few hours!

6. AVG will ask you to make a full scan of the computer for standard quality control! You have to say yes!

7. As soon as it's done, AVG should show up as an icon on both the desktop & the toolbar! Open it & click on "Fix Performance"!

8. Finally, the easy part! Click on "Analyze Now"! It should finish in about 2 to 20 minutes, depending on how many errors you have & when it's done, click on "Fix Now"! That'll finish in about 5 to 10 minutes!

9. You now have a fast & clean computer! Warning! Never use Internet Explorer again!

10. You'll need to repeat step 8 daily to make sure nothing goes pear-shaped!

Do all that & I guarantee you will be able to surf the world wide web at, well, Sonic speed!
