Not bad, I have the impression that you're first starting out. If you want to get better, I would suggest referencing from stock images and looking up tutorials. The animatronics have a human body structure with animal features, so anthro tutorials would be good for that.
As for a program you can use, there are a lot of options: GIMP is like a free Photoshop, FireAlpaca is like a free version of Paint Tool Sai, and if you want to buy it then there's Sai. I've used all three of them and my favorite of the free programs is FireAlpaca since it has a line stabilizer to make your lineart look smoother. MsPaint can be used, but it's also really hard since it doesn't have layers like GIMP, FireAlpaca, or Sai. The reason why I left Photoshop out of my suggestions is because it's really, really expensive and it doesn't have a line stabilizer.

Don't worry about it, you'll get better over time. I took down most of my old stuff but I put some of it back up if you want to look at what I was like when I first started. My art hasn't looked the way it does forever, it had to gradually improve over the years and I'm still not done yet. It will take time and practice, but your art will improve.
