1 The confidence with which you work. I can see that during 18 pages of submissions that you have matured and developed as an artist and understand your techniques

2 The purity of the lines in your black/white work. Classically elegant. Mastering pen and ink (right?) is a highly desirable skill for an illustrator to have. Google images for (e.g.) Arthur Rackham, Hannah Frank, Aubrey Beardsley

3 You are highly flexible and can produce proficiently in different styles, techniques and subjects.

You deserve to be very successful. Just do it!

Thank you so much for your detailed answer!

I have some pen and ink art in my gallery, and I'd definitely love to get back to doing more of it. Most of my recent black and white art though is digital, a lot of people think that it does look traditional though so I guess I'm doing something right with it!
