just, exuse my newbie-ness, but from what i understand you put up a picture (a very long time ago by the date) that someone else edited and I'm trying to get to get in contact with the both of you to see if I may use the picture as cover art for my senior class graduation project. I would like to use it as my cover page and the reason i have to ask, besides it being the sensible thing to do unlike some poeple, is i'm hvaving my work binded together and the cover would be printed as well. From my understanding i could possibly get into trouble for having something printed that is not mine with out the artists permission, I was told to mention also that I won't be trying to make money or anything off of your picture, it's just, the way that certain person edited the picture fits well with my whole project but I'd feel terrible using the picture with out some kind of ok from the persons involved with it. And both persons will also be credited with in my project as well, to further the whole this-is-not-mine ness of the picture =]
I do hope you get back to me with some kind of answer as to weather or not i can use it

you can go right ahead and use that, wow i was like 14 in that picture. i dont know what edit your talking about, but if you cant get in contact with the person that edited it (dA goes in and out of fashion apparently) i could edit it for you anyway you want, id like to see it too, if not its fine but i dont really check my email so its probably better to get in touch with me here.hopefully you check this???

so it's been forever and a day since I cimmented you for the permission and what not and I'm just writing you to tell you i did it! and people are loving the cover, it's really fun to tell them too that your a guy =]
Anywho, there are a few little quirks I need help with, so that I can give you full credit for my cover art... like your name! lol or something you go buy, and maybe if you want me to put a link to here or any other site where you have your work. Originally i had said I wasn't planning on selling the book. But a lot of school faculty and my family want copies so I'm gonna open up my link for a while so that they can buy copies, i hope you don't mind, especially if i can help promote your art or photography =] i wont be makin any money off of it anyway lol its about $13 a copy and all that goes straight to the publishing site unless i mark it up to make a profit. I dont believe I will. Anyway
