# About me

In 1998 I travelled from my homeland Argentina to Mexico where I became fascinated by wixarika (huichol) original votive yarn paintings, "pinturas/cuadros de estambre".

Some years later while living in Galicia, I decided to give a variant of this technique a try, an activity I found rewarding and have discontinuously been enjoying since then.

I make varied representative works, symbology from diverse sources, geometry, fantasy and nature, adding to a collection with a different story behind every piece.

En 1998 realicé un viaje desde mi Argentina natal hasta México, donde quedé fascinado con los cuadros votivos realizados por artistas wixarika con hilos sobre cera de abeja.

Algunos años después de aquel viaje, residiendo en Galicia (Vigo), comencé a desarrollar una variante de aquella técnica con la cual continúo recreándome.

Elaboro trabajos representativos variados incorporando elementos simbólicos de diversas fuentes, geometría, fantasía y naturaleza.
