^^ I learned how to draw JosΓ© by finding pictures of him online in different poses (screen shots from the game, of course) and tried copying them. Io's pretty easy, tho, because he's adorable and his hair is simpler. then when I could draw them separate, I could draw them together!
That's just my way, tho XD

I used to suck at spikey hair. Well, I pushed myself, drew everyday, and never settled for anything less than what I thought was amazing. I was HORRIBLE until a few years ago XD terrible...I couldn't draw stick figures right... you know what, I STILL can't draw stick figures... XD
oh, anyway...
I'm sure if you just practice you'll get better (I still need practice. The only reason I'm..."good" is b/c I realized art is my passion, and it's what I want to do with my life)

Wow, you're making it by hand? Sounds hard! The best i could possibly make for one of the orbs is probably just a badly colored styrofoam ball XD

my orbs are made from foam. (has to be light so i can put them in my hair)
but i am carving out the center, so i can put little coloured eyes in them. ^_^
