I thought, since you left me that amazingly nice comment recently, that I'd sort of briefly float through here and let you know that I'm working on Chains of Command again for NaNoWriMo. Three new chapters and counting, plus all previous chapters have been revamped. Thank you again for reading and being so ridiculously nice to me even though I never update! XD

It's not hard to make photoshop actions! There's a good tutorial on how to make photoshop actions here:

You just have to go slowly, be thorough, test it a little bit, and remember to turn the "record" button on and off at the right time.

I figured it was like that -- similar to recording a macro in an MS Office program. Still, it's impressive that you knew how to make it do that effect AND took the effort to do it.
