I don't mind asking at all, and yes it is from an anime. Its from a currently ongoing anime called Flip Flappers. I think its a great show, my personal favorite of this season. Heh thankies, There were different scenes that I wanted to try to get as a profile image, but the one I was really trying to get was 16KBs and I couldn't get it any smaller. But I eventually found someone put up gifs online of the ending scenes and I eventually managed to get this one shrunken down and optimized until it was just small enough to be accepted by dA ^^
