In the UK, you haven't even got the option to transfer points into money so I don't know too much about it :/

I tried withdrawing my points to my main account but because I couldn't make art in time, the staff void it after the 4th time then they took it away. So now I'm banned from making any payments. Sucks balls.

If most of your points came from that and you was getting points from both accounts (your main and back-up) it's against the laws and they can take your points away that way
