I've been looking at your parent clip from The Bro Show.
#1. Eddy's Dad's voice is just awesome.
#2. Eddy's Mom's voice is not really feminine. She sounds like a cracking witch.
In my imagination Eddy's dad sounds like Jack the Painter from The New Looney Tunes. Mom though sounds high pitched and sounds like how Eddy impersonated her. Although now YouTube is wiping out kids content, YouTube will from now on will be a 13+ website. I've been now planning An, Edd n Eddy to an animated show instead. I've added in parents such as Eddy's parents in your style. Just to let you know.

A higher pitched mom voice is also supported by her voice when she was babbling over the phone in 'They Call Him Mr. Ed', and I quite like that concept of her too. However, I was more invested in my main theory, that Eddy's parents' dynamic would be similar to the Bigheads from Rocko, so I made his mom sort of like Bev Bighead but with more of a Dr. Girlfriend voice. I also thought it'd be an amusing theme if each member of Eddy's family had their own obnoxious voice like Eddy's, so it was partly to match the dad's smoker voice.
