The only way I could possibly be of much help fanfiction wise is through Fanfiction.net . Otherwise I haven't read too many fanfictions on deviant its self. Doujins, comics/manga, and good plots with poor/medium/high quality drawings. I've checked out your group and it seems to be interesting. You guys are just starting out but your assortment is severely lacking. I'm no expert and I am no grammar nazi. I've read really down in the dumps writings and the idea of it in its self is great, but grammar and plot holes were paramount. I really appreciate you inviting me but unless me suggesting fanfiction.net works, I'm the one severely lacking in that aspect. If you are interested still in what I could provide then please keep in contact with me. I don't just jump into groups without prior knowledge which is why I went to your groups page first before replying. I apologize for posting this onto your profile but I did not want to interrupt tainte-truffle's work. I also try and refrain from reading/commenting on someones work (art, writing, photography/cosplay) without knowing where it comes from.

yes, I'm quite familiar with fanfiction.net, it was my introduction to fandoms, and part of the reason I made this group, even was an author on there for a short while. though I didn't publish all that much. As for a "severely lacking assortment" (I'm hurt

I, myself, am not a writer quite yet. Plot bunnies and by word yes but in actual scrip, not yet. If linking through journal entries or some other method and sorting them properly then yes, many doors are opened to good to very good fanfics from fanfiction.net . I do have a liking to organization, even if it is a piled organization. I had a knack for sorting fanfics by Story > Word count (1-9,999, 10,000-49,999, 50,000-89,999, 90,000-149,999, then 150+) > Completed vs. In Progress. I'm glad to stay in touch with you and hope to give good ideas even if I am not part of the group yet/ever. I also hope to better understand exactly where this 'bar standard' is so even if I do not become part of the group, I don't just leave you without a few off-the-top-of-my-head suggestions.

So I guess we might as well continue this discussion, I'm currently am under "training" to become an art critic, (even if I'm not taking an actual course in it, I am still studying the trade. I have plenty of resources to do so with, Experts, books, and life, all there to teach me how. I feel that through this, I can combine my ten years of lessons in music, my eleven years of a hands on learning process in mixing, sound, "roadie," plus 3 years and counting as a student of acting, 3 years of a serious interest in art, a lifelong love of the fine arts, and 8 years of writing, all to be combined into a broad career in the Fine arts.
I feel the need to improve in many of these areas, and I feel that being a good art critic will give me the ability to critique my own work properly, and apply the many styles of art to my daily work. Even in sound I remember the airbrush style of visual art, and I will use it to better blend sounds in harmonious ways.

I am impressed. You have done quite a lot. I, on the other hand, haven't done much just yet. Your dedication is impressive and I am honored that you have given me this much information about you. I am sorry to say that I might not be as big of a help as you would have liked. My life is just beginning and my passion is not as great as yours. I do, how ever, enjoy organization into things such as folders and sub-folders. If that's any use to your group then I may be of help. If not, my previous comment provided an example and I will still give you a few good fanfictions that I know of for you to look into at your discretion.
