would you say my pictures are "manipulated" too much ? Frankly it's something I don t understand as an artist : a tool is a tool. What is important is the result

The submission requirements document found at the link describes the group policy on manipulation. Basically, as long as all the components are photographic (no CGI or vectors) and created by you (no 3rd party stock), the image will be considered on its merit.
