Mostly what I do is use background images as fillers. For instance reactor9studios.deviantart.com…
Do you see the city outside of the window? That was a stock image of Tokyo Japan, so I used it to make it appear as if the females in the image I created were actually there.
I use background images like this for a lot of things, so if I wanted to use a TV prop and let's say I want it to appear as if something happened like in the news, and I needed a great background image with some violence or action in it. I would use that for the TV screen to appear as if, that's what is being watched. That is how I usually make use of other peoples artwork for background purposes.

I'm very spontaneous when it comes to creation of this kind, but definitely in the future there will be more pictures.
