Wow, your paintings are great. It's so rare to find art on deviantart that isn't digital anime. Your paintings remind me of William Kentridge, a South African artist. Have you heard of him?

It is very hard to find strong traditional art nowadays. Yours specially moves me inside and tells me so many things, I find your symbolism very strong specially in 'Barely there' and 'End of passion'. Really outstanding

interesting new items makes me think of an article I just read in a Swiss magazine, about a guy who travels the world visiting prisons, when possible he stays in them for a while. His arguement is look there to find out what the society is really like. A free society will have fewer more humane prisons a brutal military society will have more and crueller in nature. He actually got himself arrested to spend some time in a Chinese prisons not a pretty picture and has been refused entrance to Gitmo. (ironic laugh)
peace.

oh come on, an amazing does have to be the superly technical one
it's rather the one that is able of capturing the emotion right, even through
minimalism. Stop being humble! hahahaha
Anytime!

Saucyblue- really cool work. What brand of acrylics do you use? The colors are really vibrant, i have a problem with mine looking washed out. Anyway, i look forward to seeing more

Lower quality acrylics such as student grade have less pigment and are not going to be as vibrant in color. Best to use professional quality in whatever brand you choose if you want more opaque vibrant colors
