I've had a lot happen to me recently. Some of which includes getting married ( I'm officially old now, lol) along with being on and off sick u.u the new year's been kicking my butt but I find I get sick in the beginning of the year a lot, then don't get sick again until December xD (thanks body)

haha, and I'm still behind on artwork.
Life gets in the way, and when I do got the free time, it's hard getting motivated to draw.

Some stuff has happened for me, =3= I've been on testosterone for 2 years now, and at the end of this month I'll be going in for top surgery.

Awww, congrats! I'm glad you're finally going to have surgery <3 (and it's the end of the month now so maybe it's already happened). I hope everything goes well/smoothly.

What an adorable corgi! He really does look like a little fox. Hopefully he's not secretly a handful, lol. Nahhh, he looks innocent enough.

Lol, poor art always on the back burner xD But it is really hard to draw anything when you don't have any motivation. u.u And I for one need to practice all the things I usually try to avoid while drawing ^-^; so I can actually improve. But it's the same with writing for me...trying to improve with that too so I pick and choose how to spend my time (and I usually just blob around xD).

Side note - I have a "blog" that I used to post to frequently but recently only post once a month (if I'm lucky). But I did post about my wedding and other life stuff on there (I also have some random short stories), if you ever want to check it out.

Yes, surgery is done and over with, now in the healing stage. It was a really quick operation, about two and a half hours all in total for the actual surgery, but I stayed at the building for another five hours afterwards, recovering from the anaesthetic, every time I moved I would get nauseous. But I was able to leave the same day I went in, now I'm finally back in my home city. :3

He's my little weirdo fur baby. XD He's not too bad for trouble, he has his moments, but he's still young and learning... he's also just so darn cute, it's tough to stay mad. ^^'

Lol blob around. Well I'm sure once inspiration hits, you'll create some lovely pieces, drawing or writing, or whichever art you're feeling for when it hits. :3 I may still draw and now doing more and more digital work, but I don't feel my art has progressed very far from what it was in the time that I have been drawing. Sure it has... but very slow? At least it feels like that to me. Seeing other people that post improvement things on DA with a year difference and their style and anatomy and everything is just magically 10x better within a year... I get kind of jealous. XD Just like damn, send some of that magic my way.

Ooo, I'll have to read up on your blog. I see your wedding photo's, you two are adorable and the pictures are all so beautiful. ;u; Again, congratulations. You two look very happy together. <3

Lol, that's what happens when you disappear from an ongoing site for so long. XD
I've been better, been having a lot of health issues this whole year unfortunately, but the good thing is, I'm still alive.
I have several fur babies now too, two cats and two dogs, all are brats and all are adorable, but they are good. Still working on the youngest dog to try and get her house broken.
Yeah, I draw very little now myself, every now and then I draw, I don't care too much for selling art either, so the stuff I usually post now, has normally been sitting on my computer for a while. Pretty much I've only sold work to three people. ^^'

I hope you are doing well, how is the married life going? Been to see any cool places, do you have any fur babies of your own... or... human babies? XD
And you should get back into drawing and writing when you can, :3 you're really good at both, so don't let either of those talents go.

I voted :3 Such a cute video. Sorry for a late response, I haven't been online as much recently, my laptop died, temporairly using a macbook, but it's not my preferred choice, lol it doesn't read my tablet, so I can't do any digital art... which is the only thing I really do on the computer. OTL

I'm really far behind, so I don't know if I'll win but it still felt good to do something in my field again (college doesn't feel like a complete waste)

Aww to the laptop dying. MacBooks can be difficult since they're not always compatible with everything u.u but hopefully you can get a new laptop soon or maybe there's a software online you can download so the tablet will work for the Macbook.

Yeah, yeah, I've spent some hours learning to use the macbook, it has it's similarities to pc, but still a little confusing.
I eventually did find a macbook version of the software needed for my tablet, so I've got that up and running, and downloaded a free art program, similar to photoshop.
So, I may or may not be uploading some more work again... lol I'm also really lazy at finishing pieces, so it may be a long while yet, or, simply just wait until I get
myself a new pc, and get myself SAI and learn that.
whichever strikes my mood I guess. n.n;

lol I am trying, it's half and half.
I really don't like using the macbook, compared to a PC, slowly trying to get the hang of it.
But work is eventually on the way, one doodle at a time. haha

So the reveal showed that I didn't win but I was happy to see someone who didn't have a ton of votes did win (so there was hope for me after all). I think there's another contest going on but I don't really have time to film (and not sure when that deadline is u.u).

But beyond that, I've officially finished the first draft of my novel! CHEERS!

But I've already moved onto chopping, adding, and rearranging stuff. ^-^; slowly liking it better.

Still actively in search for a book cover designer (since the one I had vanished ;-; and she was perfect too)

lol unfortunately the macbook isn't mine and is back with the person it belongs to,
however I am now borrowing my mother's laptop, which is nice. =u= so much prefer a pc to a mac.

Ah, well it was well worth the chance anyways, and it's cool to see it got up and hosted for other's to view too.

Yeah, writing and drawing aren't too different with slowly fixing things to that which you like more, takes a lot of patience but is well worth.
Ah, I hope you were able to find someone for the design by now. Kind of a little disappointing that someone just disappeared from the project, did they not even give an explanation?

Yeah, it was good to do something film related since I never use my degree for anything. xD I'm going keep trying to make more videos instead of wasting away on my couch (like I did today for my day off).

YAY! I'd love for you to read it. It's still taking forever to finish. 

Recently been reading a bunch and did a little editing but now it's NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) and I'm working on a different story for it. ^_^ So after November, I'll take a break from my current story and go back to editing my last one. u.u Really just hope I finish one. >_<

My book designer never gave me a reason  

Everything was going well, we agreed on a management amount, I gave her a summary of my book and important points as inspiration. She said she was busy but that was fine with me because I never expected it to be done right away since I'm still working on editing. 

Prior to us talking, she had computer issues but she got her computer fixed (maybe it go messaged up again?)...then she just vanished. Returned like two months later apologizing and saying that she wasn't as busy...then vanished forever  

I messaged her a coupe of times but nothing u.u oh well. So I officially gave up.

It's not like I paid her or anything, I just felt like she was the perfect person for the cover based off her portfolio designs. D:

Well, welcome back.

The laptop, my mother gave to me, lol since I've had it for a while, she said she didn't need it, since she uses her desktop and tablet for what she needs.

Better be making some films then. xD You could always make video's for youtube too, skits, comedy, drama.
Well if you want to. ^.^ It's one way of keeping up with filming and being able to show your works. Although youtube has become pretty strict on copyright law, so using music in your video's would result in the film being taken down... But it's an idea.

I believe you'll finish it. ^_^ Doesn't hurt to have that break, once you're back to your first you may even have a whole bunch of new idea's from working on your newest. I haven't written anything in so long, even roleplaying with text has gone. I miss writing every now and then, but my skills are limited, ha. I thought about getting back into writing my own stories, but I just can't think of anything really original. So I just stick to my drawing lol although my progress of improvement is slow with that as well, but it's coming along.

Awe, well I'm sorry she ended up disappearing on the project, it's a shame, but hopefully you can find another who will be able to design a perfect cover for your story. =3

I've been alright. I recently had a 1-Week Filmmaking Workshop (that cost me an arm and a leg but we definitely worth it) and at the end of it I was able to make a 3 minutes short film: www.facebook.com/video.php?v=1… (If you wanna watch it)

But yeah, that was pretty cool. Thursday was when we got to record at Disney Hollywood Studios at like 5am. o.O I only got 2 hours to record my footage and then by Friday at 5pm we were showing it at our film screening. -pats self on back- It was so much fun...and now it's over and I'm back to being depresso. u.u
