I work at a christian retreat camp sort of place, actually I'm a grounds worker there so basically I help make the camp look nice for the guests.

Ah, do you mean a bit like grounds keeper's work? I've done it myself sometimes, and it was actually very relaxing work. 
Sounds interesting, of Parish or church? Do you like the work?

Web development mainly, programming and wordpress included.

Mostly backend or game development. Frontend is not a no, but never Node.js, which is a JavaScript runenvironment. Despite me allegedly having 5/5 of the server-side programming course at school, I prefer Django over Node.
