Favorite visual artist: Hayao Miyazaki (award-winning movie director of several charming animated films such as "Princess Mononoke" and "Ponyo". For some reason my seventh grade art teacher would only ever show his movies, and they always stuck with me.)Favorite movies: Avengers: Infinity War, believe it or not. Runner-ups include Avengers: Age of Ultron and a really old classic called "The Avengers".
Favorite TV shows: Sherlock, Daredevil, Supernatural, Black Lightning, Batman: The Animated Series, Danny Phantom, Avatar: The Last Airbender (Sorry, Korra).
Favorite bands / musical artists: Rainbow Kitten Surprise (don't mess with something you haven't checked out for yourself), LSD, Postmodern Jukebox, Toby Fox (Dogsong and Temmie Shop, though)
Favorite books: The Ranger's Apprentice series. A piece of fantasy political medieval super-spy heaven. Percy Jackson also holds a special place in my heart for inspiring my desired profession. Lastly, Harry Potter took up a significant portion of my life via my sister.
Favorite writers: John Flanagan, Rick Riordan, JK Rowling, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Bram Stoker, Thomas Bulfinch (a more intellectual type, but his "Mythology" is a solid reference for any study of Greco-Roman myths, despite some censoreship, and entertaining as well).
Favorite games: Undertale, Uncharted (starting with the U's), the Persona series, AC Origins (how am I still in Alexandria?!)
Favorite gaming platform: Honestly, I don't care. XBOX has the best tech, PlayStation has the best exclusives, and PC has a bunch of hidden indie gems, as well as the ability to mess around with whatever you want. Switch is a portable home console with a lot of great family games.
Tools of the Trade: Adobe Flash, Microsoft Word, various indie tools and apps
Other Interests: Bad jokes. It doesn't matter if you like 'em. If I laugh, that's enough for me. (Of course, if I offend somebody, then I apologize. 'Cuz that's the decent thing to do.)

I'm a guy with many interests, reaching from archaeology (the field that I'm actually studying; think Indiana Jones but without the guns and the bullwhip), to graphic design, to storytelling, to game development, to the sciences. You can probably tell which ones I'll be dealing with here.# Comments
