yea agreed on the freedom thing... iv done nothing but study and work and its starting to get a but frustrating... But il finally be heading home from school on the 17th which will be a nice change of pace... get to spend time sleeping skiing and hiking

Ho visitato la tua gallery, ma non credo di capirne abbastanza di fotografia per darti un giudizio appropriato, mi spiace.

Figurati! Comunque non ti fare problemi per la gallery... E' vero, la fotografia è un'arte e come tale ha le sue regole tecniche, ma personalmente ritengo che debba essere l'autore degli scatti a preoccuparsi di questo aspetto. Ciò che cerco di trasmettere attraverso i miei studi è qualcosa prettamente legato a sentimenti e sensazioni, una sorta di contatto tra l'osservatore e il soggetto nella foto... Insomma, vorrei suscitare emozioni sintetiche ed "essenziali", oppure, come faccio spesso con gli animali, mostrare il loro aspetto più vicino all'essere umano, nelle loro movenze e nelle loro espressioni.

Sono perfettamente d'accordo con te sul rapporto osservatore-opera, è più o meno ciò che cerco di fare con le mie poesie.
Per quanto riguarda la gallery, so quanto possa essere frustrante sentirsi dire "wow, bellissimi lavori" senza una spiegazione, per questo mi sono astenuto dal commentartela.
Continuo a sentirmi dire "è bellissima, la tua poesia, ma non so perchè", e la cosa mi manda in bestia...
Ah, fammi sapere se vuoi che immoli qualcosa a Cecilio (divinità latina del formaggio) in tuo onore per ringraziarti del watch, non puoi sapere quanto mi faccia piacere.
