ID byI used to be but I got tired of the political scene on DA. Wanted to focus more on furries.
Basically, I like animals and I like art, so I decided to make a Deviantart Account to accompany my FurAffinity account. Though I'll probably be on FA far more than DA, so you should contact me there as well if you wish. Just gonna warn you, much of my FA stuff is totally NSFW.

I know about that from my art history experience.
Everything is political in some way.
And often I think that art should be some way political on either way, to get people to think.
And it should be irreverent in its message if the intention is consciously political.

It's not so much departing from political work as it is departing from the Deviantart political community.
It's not really worth debating things with a child (which many DA users are) when you're a grown adult. I feel like "winning" an argument against a child and being proud of it is just really petty and pathetic.
But I do have some interesting discussions sometimes when it's not just a bunch of mud-slinging and insults.
And if the person is just some Nazi troll who just wants to cause trouble, I don't think it's really worth humoring him.

I don't know what I am anymore, and my DA doesn't reflect my current politics.
I still generally consider myself on the left-libertarian part of the political compass. But I don't want to get into politics on Deviantart anymore.
