Like her male counterpart, she is huge drinker, her drinking buddies of choice are usually England, and the bad touch trio.Though her hair seems to have been tamed, her bubbly, boisterous personality has intensified.
Due to her, what many would call obnoxious, tendencies she prefers the company of Prussia, or America.
Of course, the rest of the Nordics are buddies as well.
Though, she likes to spend time with Norway, though he-she tends to refuse, in order to keep Iceland company.
She's very sweet towards anyone, but if you manage to get on her bad side (a fairly hard feat.) you're there until you prove yourself other wise.
She is not afraid to break out the axe.
Mona still considers herself 'Queen of Scandinavia', and will get violent, and dark, when called out about it.
Relationships are a highly sensitive topic, Romantic relationships.
Though she considers to be dangerously close to Norway, in Romantic ways, it can seem one sided at times, and usually leads to her getting upset.
Drinking, and flirting are results of the confusion.
Though, she tends to become fairly close to others, very quickly.

Unlike what most think, Mona doesn't relatively get along with Mathias (Male counterpart) due to the almost exact similarity between personality, like, and dislikes. Unless, of course, there is beer.
Mona and Mathias often fight for the attention of Norway, even if Mathias has already married off Fem!Norway, he doesn't seem to want his female counterpart to have relations with him.
When Norway waves them off, it often leads to heavy drinking on Mona's part.

Technically, It was Serbia who started WWI, with the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand, and his wife.
BUT, there was alot of tension before hand, and during, over Balkins' territory.
The Austro-Hungarian empire was competeing with both Russia AND Serbia/Romania over the land.
Of course, Germany would step in for it's fellow German countries.
It seems Germany had started it because the world became more aware when it soon became the Allies, verses the Central powers.
Obviously, You are American, and were only taught the tiny bits of information England allowed the American people to see.
There was TONS of tension between Britain, and Germany from the unrestricted U-boat affairs, but they did not start it.
As for WWII, Yes, I believe it was Germany.
After Germany invaded Poland, France declared war on Germany.
The second Sino-Japanese war also occured at the same time.
Italy invaded (SURPRISE!) Abyssinia.
Hitler wanted a fascist government, The Reichstag fire, BAM, Nazi party.
Rome-Berlin axis.
Anti-Comintern pact.
